At Veritas Market, all outboard motors sold are brand new and come with full manufacturer warranty coverage. Our warranty guarantees that your outboard motor is free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal marine usage.

2. What Is Covered

The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective components caused by original manufacturing faults, including:

• Powerhead and engine block internal mechanical components.
• Gearcase and lower unit internal gearing assemblies.
• Fuel system and ignition control modules.
• Electrical systems and factory starter motors.

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:

• Improper installation, incorrect engine mounting, or improper fuel/oil mixing ratios.
• Lack of routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, spark plug replacements, impeller maintenance).
• Accidental impacts, grounding, submersion, or exposure to harsh environmental conditions without proper flushing.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or usage for commercial racing.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience any operational issues with your outboard motor, please follow these steps to file a claim:

• Provide your order number, motor serial number, and a description of the issue along with photos/videos.
• Our team will guide you through diagnostic steps or arrange an inspection at an authorized service location.
