2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your outboard motor must meet the following criteria:

• Must be in unused, unmounted condition, exactly as received.
• Must be completely free of fuel or oil additions.
• Must be in its original packaging including all manuals, tools, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required.

3. Express Shipping & Handling

We handle and process all outboard motor orders directly from our UK location:

• Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Express Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned motor at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
