At Veritas Market, we process all orders quickly to ensure your equipment arrives safely and on time. All outboard motor orders are subject to a handling and packaging time frame of 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Express Shipping & Delivery Times

Once dispatched from our London facility, your order is delivered via our express courier network across the United Kingdom:

• Express Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days from order placement.
• All outboard motors are securely crate-packed to protect heavy components during transit.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your courier tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's status directly via the carrier's portal.

4. Delivery Inspection & Damages

Due to the size and weight of outboard motors, please inspect the outer packaging carefully upon arrival:

• If you notice visible external damage upon delivery, please document it with photos before signing.
• Report any shipping damage or issues to our team within 48 hours so we can resolve it immediately.
